I think the form of Martin Klizan across the last month has been slightly underrated. Since touching down in Melbourne, Klizan has lost to two players, and arguably two of the hottest players on tour outside the elite group. After a 5 set loss to Roberto Bautista Agut at the Australian Open, Klizan then headed to Sofia, making the semi finals beating the likes of Seppi and Rosol on the way to a tight 3 set loss to Viktor Troicki after winning the first set. This was backed up with a very solid 3 set victory over Tommy Robredo, not losing serve once.

I think the prices are slightly skewed due to the performance of Baghdatis against David Goffin, but I'm surprised to see Marcos as a favourite here. I think it may be in part due to the woeful end to 2015 from Klizan, but the form he has shown in the last two tournaments is not indicative of the player we saw late in 2015.

I can't refuse the price of Klizan here, and am comfortable making a smaller play than the last few nights at the underdog price available
