I will be moving to Calgary with my family of 3 in February and i intend booking air bnb as i know no one in the city.

I am confused as to the options to select from and i need guidance, i hope to get a permanent address in the NE or NW ,this is because these two quadrant are cheaper and easier to settle in. I believe getting an air bnb close to these two quadrant would make it easier for me to get my own apartment. Also, i am considering a place that would make it easier for me to settle faster IE, close to a lot of places including downtown etc.

SW .i saw Condo 1bed room , top floor in SW area ,close to BMO,Ctrain fair price 2min walk to bus stop. few min to downtown 720cad. issue is it's not close to either NE or NW for me to have easy search for apartment.

NW. Then this basement beautiful ,2bed a min walk to bus stop in the NE around sandstone Dr. It has it's own mini smart burner to help with heating ,walking distance to liquor store etc .more expensive ta 815CAD ,though negotiating eith the host to reduce to about 700-750cad

NE . lastly, one in NE basement ,nice not too fancy but cheapest price @645cad ,2bed by Suite by SAIT & YYC Airport around renfrew. Bow River Pathway - 20 Minutes Walk
C- Train Station - 20 Minute Walk
Bus Stop - 1 Block....
Edmonton Trail - 15 Minute walk

please guys , help me rationally look into this and advice.
