Please guys I'm having serious issues with Chaka blocking my withdrawals due to expired international passport. Expired o, not fake. Money I need to sort some urgent matters has been trapped with them. No prior warning was sent saying "customers be aware of new rule which takes effect from so and so date ......." I have been totally blindsided. I needed this money last week so waiting for weeks for a new intern'l passport is not conceivable. I want the house to advise me on how to proceed
