I graduated with higher national diploma (HND) in public administration base on in depth analysis of HR as sub- course which makes me love d course passionately. I desire 2 further my education up to master degree in human resources. pls what is way forward?

this is a very touching story of my life which need urgent advice from members of public, and that will be very appreciated. permit me not to include my name for confidential purpose. my life history has been a rough survival but glory be to God for everything. In order not to right lengthy writer's up I will just go straight to d point. I am a guy that has been surviving on street level (commercial driver) this what I used to send my self to school up to HND level. While I was in ND I tried 2 acquired knowledge on barbers cut though dnt finished up to expectation. now is time for national youth service, which the possibility of going is under probability upon federal government policy. just some days a go my mind just go in to having another hand work lik auto air condition repair since my believe is that success should not be on certificate alone considering economic recession dis country is in and the degree of workers lay off by most organizations. mind u dis service is Batch B of dis Oct/ Nov, I will be 30yrs old com march 28 next year of which I may not be admitted for NYSC discharge certificate except exception letter. lastly am a dude who like to settle down latest 3Rs time nd love career pursue. pls in aforementioned of my reasons I will lik u to please advice me on which path to go: should I jettison my NYSC Programe for a 2yrs Auto air condition repair or I should go for former nd hope for better pay job after service which am not certain of? Can I still further my education up to MSc level with exception letter? Thanks in anticipation for yah responds.
