His a nice man. Even if they may look alike, there are differences between a donkey & a horse. When you were created to beast of burden, you'll never be thing of beauty & pride, only pretend to be. Falsehood appears to be truth for only some moments. The truth is eternally permanent. May God give our people patience & longevity to separate the donkeys from the horses in public life, & be witnesses to the end of falsehood, failure and needless privation in our nation. We have to find a way forward somehow. That every life is worth something. Manipulative horse & genocidal donkeys must be removed from public life. Just as donkeys & horses may appear similar, false leaders & true ones can be hard to tell apart at first glance. May we be granted the wisdom to recognize the differences & work towards a future where truth, beauty, & progress reign supreme. Sadly, these words of wisdom are very hollow. If I start to list numbers of non motorable roads across Oyo state, many people will think it's a lie until they ply it themselves

It depends on the relationship between your friend and governor that offer him that kind of appointment because isn't about the salary alone. Some SA and SSA are much stronger than Commissions. If the governor give your friend power to do anyhow, your friend may be richer than local government chairman or even Commissions. Everything depends on the boss.
