Thanks for your response. I have called the numbers but the options dont come up. I just hear a lot of noise of people speaking incohenrently

Kindly advice me house on what to do. My biometrics was on July 8th for myself and 2 dependants. Paid call on Monday and decision has been made for all.
Collection mail dropped for 1 dependant but main applicant and the other dependant remain at DMC.
Tommorow makes it 3 weeks.
