We are seeking a results-driven and commercially minded Business Development Manager to join our team and drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence.

Role Overview
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies, securing new business opportunities, and strengthening relationships with existing and prospective clients. The ideal candidate understands the marketing communications landscape and has a strong ability to translate client needs into strategic solutions.

Key Responsibilities
-Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities across PR, digital marketing, creative, media, and integrated communications services.
-Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
-Generate leads through networking, industry engagement, referrals, and market research.
-Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to client objectives.
-Lead client acquisition processes from prospecting through negotiation and contract closure.
-Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
-Collaborate with internal creative, digital, and strategy teams to develop winning solutions.
-Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
-Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular performance reports to management.
-Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and networking platforms.

Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
-5 years’ experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition within an advertising agency, PR firm, digital agency, or IMC environment.
-Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
-Strong understanding of marketing communications, branding, digital media, and PR services.
-Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
-Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking ability.
-Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
