Please I have lots of questions cos I just got an admission to a canada institution

Now first question is can I apply online for the study permit ?

2. I really don't know which of the Canada embassy addresses to use in writing my letter of why I want to come to canada to study. Seen my Addresses , one said I should the nairaobi , kenya Canada embassy address in the letter in a blog post I saw
