You need not be confused,time is not a unit its a dimension;seconds is a unit.Time is the 4th dimension,the other 3 are wrapped up within space.In space we have length,breadth and height.The first two make up the 2 dimensional world,the 3rd(height) is what we have been able to manipulate we see this in the construction of sky scrapers,air travel and defiling gravity as in space rockets.There are still some race having trouble with the 3rd dimension,they still have to deal with air crashes and collapse of buildings.These are cultures with traces of primitive instincts within them.Obviously they can never imagine controlling the 4th dimension when they are still controlled by the 3rd.In time our consciousness will evolve towards the 4th dimension.But still there other dimensions to attain.

Yea have gone through it some times ago its more of a comical fantasy and have seen the movie adaptation HITCHIKERS GUIDE TO THE GALAXY.its quite funny and interesting.But really if you want something to get you thinking on time travel them in for H.G WELLS' time machine.its a fantastic read.

Nobody ever thought of the problem of paradoxes in time travel.For instance if you were to travel back in time and you accidentally killed your own grandma,wouldnt it distort the whole time line?

I really would want anyone who cares to try this mental exercise.get a stop watch and count mentally with the seconds timer keep it on with it for like 3minutes continue the mental count without looking at the watch for like 2 minutes more.Do this av all times and also try telling the time of the day without the watch.This will enhance your bio rhythm,metal discipline,high sense of positional balance and sensitivity to speed.Try it out for just 3 weeks and you would started on a journey of discovery of time.This is very simple but how many of us has ever tried it out or even ever heard of it.
