i faxed mine too just on 1-11-2019 and they updated my status yesterday as document received now under evaluation

All effort it to avoid send via UPS. I named my PDF with my reference number and also inserted my details in the cover page on helofax plat form. It was received within 24hrs

I just faxed mine and all I got from hello fax is that "your preference has been updated". Please what does it mean.? Does it mean it has been sent?
