Hey bro, I also have the same issue but mine was online and I have sent email and tried calling no avail. Please if u are within Ibadan, can u go to Pg school to lay complaint, or if anyone knows a solution to this should kindly help us.

I went to UI because I had this same problem. We were told to go to the bank we paid to online so they can give you a transaction ID and bank statement then bring it back to the PG school. Since it wasn't my account I paid with, I couldn't do anything at the bank so I had to revert the payment and pay cash again at the microfinance bank in UI which was very fast and after paying I was able to apply.

So if you can't go to UI, just go to bank you paid to so they can provide a transaction ID for you, once they do that you should be able to continue (I'm not sure)
As for calls, a lot of people come to complain and it's just one person so she doesn't even have time to pick calls.
