Tell him bro. These guys are letting Igbos down by constantly forcing a major group like Igbo onto a minority group like Ikwerre. It should be the other way round.

Now take some lectures.

As at the time Zik built UNN, wawa people are still in the forest jumping around with monkeys. When Zik went to America to study was it your father or grand father sent him? Was it igbos that asked him to fight for independence? He took it upon himself to liberate Nigeria from colonial masters.

Ojukwu did the same he was never appointed by the IGBOS but his actions and how he took up the courage to defend Igboland was what led Igbos into adoring him till today.

What's Ekweremmadu? An ordinary useless deputy senate president?

Anambra man was the first senate president of Nigeria.

Anambra man was the first Speaker of house of Representatives.

Where were your so called Enugu state people then?

There's nothing beautiful about Enugu. Enugu is more a less an overhyped town filled with slum, poor people, etc. Enugu has nothing to boast of, absolutely nothing. Enugu state people are so backward in all spheres. In education Enugu state is still trailing some northern states. So shut and stop mentioning Enugu because you guys have nothing.

This is a town that does not have a single vibrant company. Any business that opens there failed almost immediately. Presidential hotel in PH opened same time With Presidential hotel Enugu, but today the one in Enugu is dead, Nike lake is dead. Nigerian brewery is on life support.

Zik made Jim Nwobodo gov, without him no wawa person would ever rule the state as at that time.

Yes Anambra people are the 1st class Igbos, kill yaself but none of you can ever use blackmail to get me. Without Anambra people there would have been nothing like Igbo. Go and read Zik's address in 1947. Go and read Ojukwu's Ahira declaration of 1969.

Anambra people are not even making noise considering how many 'first' they have recorded in politics, education, science, technology, etc. Just that Ekweremmadu is a DSP, an ordinary spare tyre in the Senate and you are even listing it as an achievement. You people are so inferior and backward mentally and otherwise.

Considering the fact that all the igbo leaders who ever came from there actually failed in their core objective (wat ever it was at the time)...all of them. From zik who wanted to govern nigeria to ojukwu who wanted to govern biafra to ekwueme who wanted to be president....all out manouvered by 'educationally challenged north'. But look at ekweremadu from enugu...see how he has remained relevant without being confrontational. Being loud is not being right. U wanna be right? Try might. Might is right. Look at Aro empire and Nri empire. While Aro turned ibibios (abiriba) and ijaws (bonny) into igbos the nri empire from 'omanbala' ended up losing so many igbo clans to benin.ven while chimaroke was rebuilding enugu, u guys turned ur state into an arena of blood and poverty with bakassi et all and all but ran to enugu as refugees
U guys come online and insult the rest of igbos and say things like 'anambra is destined to rule igbos'. Yet i cant for the life of me see wat u guys have specially achieved to be so loud. Most papers say the richest igbomen from south east are rochas or orji kalu while tge ruchest igboman is elumelu from delta. The most popular stars of igbo origin are equally spread among states. The political leader in igboland of today is ekweremadu from enugu. why u guys havent realised the dignity and strenght in being calm is wat i dont knw. The loudest igbos are from anambra and ur brash ways have many times led to the death of igbos...or to igbos making unnessesary enemies
I come from enugu. Enugu is one of the most beautiful cities in nigeria (special thanks to sullivan chime). Enugu was capital of so many entities...including biafra and old anambra state. While onitsha was making the list of most poluted cities in the world, enugu was in the list of most resilient cities
But u can never see an enugu man feeling superior nor insult other igbos.
The OMANBALA1 who just said the silliest thing i have ever read since i started following this thread is actually a guy whose post i have always liked in the past and who i respect a lot. But as a tru 'omanbala' (wateva that word means), he has to come and say that he is anambra 1st and igbo 2nd. As If if he goes to lagos..lets see whether he would be called anambraboy or igboboy. personally wouldnt have wrote this post...but once in a while u just have to tell someone how they are.
