FreeStuffsNG:It is very unrealistic and demeaning for LP to utter such statement? Who is LP to advise labour to call off the strike. This party should stop seeing themselves as important in this country. They should understand that it was as a result of Peter Obi that the name came into existence and that should not give them the leverage to meddle in the things that has to do with masses. If Obi should leave LP today, many are crossing with him because we are not after the party but individual. |
Odewaleadesoye:I know this good for nothing man will come out to disgrace his family. This man needs a hot slap to reset his brain. Mr. Onanuga or whatever you call yourself, can you outline how politics is related to the strike? Or is Peter Obi or Atiku the ones sponsoring the Strike? Soon, they will chase all of you out of the country. May Ogun/Amadioha kpia anyone wishing Nigeria to die of hunger and starvation |
adenigga:This is welcome development by Labour... Let them shut down all filling stations a d market as well. Enough is Enough. I have been waiting to hear anyone that will call Peter Obi name or drag him over this current strike, the Thunder that will visit the person generation is still still having breakfast is Conakry. How can a sane country allow his citizens go through this pain without doing anything. How can the government be so wicked and cruel to see people die on daily basis without doing anything about it. It's high time we call a spade a spade.... Enough of this hardship. My pain is that some hungry and clueless individual will still come out to condemn the strike that Obi is supporting labour to go on strike. May anyone wishing Nigerians to go through this pain of hardship, may God strike shut thier mouth forever. The heat is on.... Let them shut the country down. Leaving the light is totally unacceptable, let darkness looks the country, since our cry means nothing to them. |
wman:Yes you are not far from the truth. But a quick one.. How much was a bag of rice during Oshomole? How much was a liter of fuel then? Baba, things have changed, the hardship is so massive that if care is not taking the way crime will increase will be so alarming that the country will be safe for us. The only language the government understand is Strike. They should attend to needs of the masses. There is hunger in the land. So I support it. |
Gentlesoul2021:But Gentle you understand my point. So many certificates has gone that way. |
Gentlesoul2021:He was lucky that it was not use for toilet, it's just Suya... The truth is that a degree holder in this country has no value as the government is not helping out in reducing the high rate of employment. A Bsc holiday serving in a garden or restaurant as a waiter and others garden in the midst to survive. It's only in this country that people brag about their degree and certification yet they can boast of tangible things they have achieved while others country are going far in technology we are carrying papers around. If you see what graduates face on a daily basis in trying to find and ends meet, you will pity for them. 10/12 after school, you still can't get a befitting job that will pay your pays. Can't even save. Nigeria still have a London way to go. |

I don't expect him to say something meaningful. So, the hardship of the masses doesn't mean anything to you. Maybe it's when the whole die you will understand. I will urge you if you have the balls as the Police Chief to channel your energy to the President than come here to advise the labour. I don't blame you, you are guarded and highly protected at your Maitama residence feeding fats on tax payers money. Sir, with all due respect, if you don't anything to say, please on your television and start watching tom & jerry. Because your Statements doesn't make sense. |

This is exactly how is it supposed to be. How can a clueless government be taken the citizens for a ride. Let the country be shut till further notice. Enough is Enough. |
References1:They shouldn't have beaten them, but drag them out and stone them because they deserve worse. Like I don't know why some people are comfortable celebrating hardship. |
nairalandkachy1:Only the wise will understand the direction of his speech. Coup or no Coup, something needs to be done to cushion the hardship Nigerians are facing currently. How I wish we can select all the families of those still singing praises for this government and send them to Sambisa Forest for them to live and do their things there, it would have make so much sense. Now that we are praying 🙏🏽 asking God to intervene, they don't need to participate of the transformation. |
illicit:OGA shut up nothing go happen. |
Morbeta11:Nigerians gave someone they believe can transform Nigeria, but a set of orchins tag him Obidient and other names. And the worst was that they see his ambition as Igbo agenda. They are regretting it now because whatever affects nose also affects the eyes. Nigeria opted Peter Obi not because he was the best, but because the Westerner refused to present a competent person. The like of Osibanjo, Adeshina, Fayemi and etc. Let the heat continue... 497k minimum wage or nothing. |
TouchNfollow:Yes, we strongly support the Regional Government. Very important at the moment. Don't worry, after the approval by the government, then you guys can decide among your western regions if Lagos will be part of not. Don't drag us into it now. Just respect yourself and allow the bill to seal without issues. |
dre11:What a wicked government... Can you just imagine. 60k minimum wage? This is pure wickedness. Labour should maintain their stands on this and demand 800k instead of the 494k. Monkey dey work bamboo dey chop. |
Glimpsetv:I live in Abuja and her story is not different from others. She has decided within herself to be in that game. I see many of them and my foundation has tried to pull out number of them out from the business, yet they will keep exorting you, promising you to quit. We went further to enrol some in a skilled jobs at least to have experience on tailoring, hairdressers and so on. But the choose the street way. Many of them can sweet talk and make you believe they don't enjoy doing, but deep down inside them, they are all lies. Most of them, it has become an addiction and will be difficult to quit. 99.9% of them are making plans to travel out of the country where they believe pay more than here. So, the lady is not different from others, it can only take God's intervention to get most of them out of it. |
BeeBeeOoh:Our lawmakers are the most unrealistic institutions in Nigeria. They are always quick is debunked whosever thing that will better and improve the lives of a common Nigerians. But very fast to approve Trillions of Dollars to projects that will add little or no meaning to Nigerians. The bills is already in the public domain, sooner or later, it will come to reality. |
Cassandraloius:From my area na abeg with 200. If you dare step an inch and returned back, 250 straight. Nigerians are not smiling... Las Las the renewed hope go reach us all |
Thundafireseun:Coming front the law and the 1999 constitution as amended. There is no where it was captured that all must stand whenever a National anthem is being recited. It was as a result of students standing during their morning devotion made it look like you must stand to recite. Besides, the newly introduced anthem will take years to master and not some to learn in weeks. Madam Aisha is an activist and no law forbids her as she stands on her fundamental human right to decide what she likes and not what she doesn't not. Law can only go after her if she tries to stop them from singing the anthem. I don't see the reason for you to come out here t spew garbage from your gutter. Go and learn dude |
Egalitarian1:That is 100% that has been the politicians game plans so they will make the east looks unsafe and on the other hands be cashing out. How can someone mourning come out to kill his fellow Biafran man in the uniform . It doesn't add up. |
Don't mind them, when they will do what is right. Let them kuku kill everyone there if that will make them happy. Imagine two helicopters hovering on air for what? When fulani herdman's and bandit are out there kidnapping and killing people, they have never come out to show us how many helicopters was on air to get them They have successfully labelled ipob a terrorist organisation, that was not still enough, now they tagged all the tribe as all ipob. This is totally unacceptable, let the government do what is right and stop blaming a section of the country as bad while others go Scot free. Every little thing now, it is labelled as ipob, when we all know that some are paid to go down to that region to perpetrate the act and later tagged ipob to it. One day ... One day... Truth will surely come out |
I am still waiting to see him in a forest Face to Face with the cheetah. Those things I'm seeing there are domestic grown pussycat. |
E dey play, E dey show. Action Governor ride on... Dem no fit |
How can a sane man set up an economic team when the entire country is boiling. No food to eat, your money can't even give a decent meal. Food price has doubled and he talks about economic team. What is the work of those appointed members of the team? They should as a matter of urgency resigned and go home. The best is for the president to declare state of emergency on food security, else nothing good will ever come out. The Worst is that, one year in office, thing starts getting worse by the day. Where is the renewed hope promise to Nigerians. |
Nairaland can continue to ban me, but they can't hide the truth. I'll keep saying it, the only reason some people are shouting ONE NIGERIA is because oil is not found at their states. Take is or leave it, if the only was to be in North, the unity and existence of ONE NIGERIA would have long gone. The confab report is there... Wait until you see the Oransanya Report. You will understand that this country is sitting at the keg of gun powder. Tell me what the government has implemented from the report? They left the most important ones and hurriedly rush to pass the old anthem into law. How does that solve our problem? |
It's unfortunate you say? This Governors are the problem the Easterners are facing. I sincerely condemn the killing, and also sympathise with the families and NA. This would have been averted if the Governors has come out to announce a public holiday in honour of the Biafran souls that was killed during the civil war. No they won't, because of their selfish gain. |
If you like go and do garagara, we are ready for you. Rivers State is not FCT. We will chase you soon |
Gbajue the Catholic fanatic can mot win the PDP ticket Just wait, it will shock you and your fellow descendants of hates and bitterness. The combination of Obi/? and one big force in the North will shake the world |
You see this things called Karma? It's not your mate. I will suggest you reflect back in the past how you started. I strongly believe your past is hurting you now. Maybe you were once the Chairman of Nigeria Debtors Association before now. You can't end, but live with it. But the most fastest easy way is to close down and rest. |
Why don't you kill someone from your family and wait for Tinubu or Shettima to visit. Children of bitterness and hate. |
Look at this drunk? Just shut up. Look at this monkey |
Ohh yes....
