I have not but there was this Doctor I asked but he told me there is no hospital in Nigeria where it is done. I am in a remote area. I am based in in Anambra. Money is a huge constraint for me now so I want to be sure before traveling to d teaching hospital

Good evening nairalanders. Where can one go for septoplasty in Nigeria? It is ruining my life. I suffer from post nasal drip, blocked sinuses, etc.

^^^ i hope not. cos if it's a deviated septum, then surgery is the best solution if not only. bukydiamon , have you tried inhalers or inhaling steam + balm. that ought to clear it.
