The ISPON Act 2014 mandates ISPON to collaborate with employers to manage the practice of Health and safety in Nigeria, hence with ISPON certification and membership, you qualify to many jobs since it makes the certificate a prerequisite for employment into organisations.

ISPON, through our lawyers, has issued warning letters to all impostors and any further publications associating them with ISPON and a .gov.ng domain will result in a lawsuit. However, we had leadership crisis and a former president who refused to relinquish power when his tenure was done, held Fort and kept using our resources to make money. The court has since sacked him and the police is currently looking for him. We have made many publications on the Guardian newspaper to this effect.
