my brother, when it comes to Stanbic ibtc recruitment, the best way to survive the quest is to try to focus your mind elsewhere and wait till they call you. the recruitment isn't uniform and the irony is that outsiders are getting offers and while nftes haven't gone beyond medicals. its well jaree. just concentrate on your job and be hopeful.

Bros. Stanbic salary isn't uniform. In Stanbic, you can earn more the your superior depending on your experiences and negotiating power. I think when you get a pre-offer letter, the pay will be indicated inside it.

None for now. All NFTE I knew are still at post medical stages. But from reliable source, I heard all nfte at this stage are likely to converted to FTE at once.
