Not true. A friend working with the ministry of foreign affairs contacted the Nigerian consulate in the UAE, it's completely false.

why complain,Bangladeshis, Pakistanis, Sri Lankans and Indians are not allowed for tourist purposes only for work and residence...so be grateful they didn't place that for us...we can even enter Kuwait the above nationals can't even smell there no matter what...please...
