Hello good people, please I need your help Where to begin? I am applying for a visitors visa to the UK for the first time with no prior travel history. I am employed (since 2014) and earn N150k monthly, however for the past five months, we haven't been paid but there has been a lot of inflow and outflow of cash from my account as I run a lot of errands that require cash for my office. My account balance is at N600k plus with two recent lump sum cash deposits. I indicated in the online form that I plan to be in the UK for 14days with accommodation, feeding and flight fare taken care of by the people inviting me. Do I need to write a cover letter and if yes, how should I explain these recent deposits? Do you guys think I stand a chance? Would indicating that I have a dependant younger brother increase my chances? What other documents or information can I add to increase my chances of getting the visa? Thank you |
eddiemei:What branch did you submit in? I suggest you submit another one to their branch on Apkapkava( the main branch) take it to the HCM. Best of luck |
emmyslimz:Apkapkava branch. I think that is their main office in Benin |
amicable09:What I have gathered is that UBA conducts two interviews. The first is a brief chat with the HCM, if he is impressed, you will be allowed the wrote the computer based test ( in my case that was the same day). If you pass the test you will then be invited for another interview with their ED's in Port Harcourt. I am in stage two of the three stages and I am wondering if any other person has progressed to the third stage. |
docgiffy:If this is your first interview then it's just basic questions, with the head of HCM. You will be asked to talk about yourself and then say what you know about Customer service ( at least that is what I was asked). It's pretty easy just be relaxed and confident also go with photocopies and originals of all your credentials |
Are there no Benin folks on naira land though ? ![]() I passed the CBT that was held at their main office in Benin on the 29th of September and still haven't received an invite for the second interview. Is it just me or are there other people that passed the CBT since September and have still not been invited for the second interview? |
Please has anyone who wrote the CBT in Benin received an invite for the second interview? |
Hello folks, My younger brother just wrote the putme exams. Does anyone has any idea what the cutoff mark is for medicine and surgery? He said there were just 40 questions, how questions scored. Thanks. |
