i demanded for email sent from paypal email ,i dont understand Chinese i cant read Chinese if both funds are still hanging in your Chinese vendor account till 8th of august or when paypal decide next action to take.i responsible for both fund i only need clarity you will get you money oga .

There are 2 funds involved here $553 and $202 @Kalma has refunded you the naira for the $553 but his sender says the PayPal is yet to hit his account.

What @Kalma is insisting on now is that once the $553 has been credited back to the account of the sender ( which he has already paid you the naira for ) he will then sort you out for the $202.

I will suggest you wait until the $505 hits the sender account then @Kalma will pay for the 202.
