Mathew 23 does not condemn use of Ministerial titles. It was specific on the Jewish titles. Rabbi, Father and Master.

There are better verses to push your points, not Matthew 23. You will end up twisting the words of Christ.

So if someone bears the title Rabbi or Father or Master publicly it's the attachment Jesus is condemning that's what we need to learn. Those titles in the first century are the ones Jewish religious leaders bear do you think their attitude as Jesus stated differs from those attaching titles to their names today?

The Title he talked about there are Rabbi, Father and Master. Which was commonly used by the Pharisees.
These are not ministerial titles.

Ministerial titles such as Prophet, Apostles and Pastor are Welcome as long as you were called unto it by God.

The Book of Ephesians says he made some Prophets, some Apostles, some Pastors for the edification of the church.

If you read through the whole Mathew 23. You will see that Jesus was condemning the "Holier than thou attitude" of the Pharisees.
And denounced them, that they will not escape the wrath of Hell.

Pastorship is one of the five fold ministry. It is there in the Bible. Read Ephesians 4.
