Well since am the Op, I think it's fair for me to share mine first.
I think I have 2basic reason for being here.

(1) I Googled something of uttermost importance to me, and among all the links displayed, the nairaland link was the most helpful. I immediately got interested, with the mindset that "if people through this medium helped me out, then I should at least join to offer mine too"

(2) Boredom :- you know that awkward feeling when all the social networks in your phone becomes boring,you just sit by ur phone all day and nobody comes online on watsapp, pings u on BBM, uploads a reasonable pic on instagram, brings up any interesting post on Facebook and so on.
That's exactly my state of mind when I enlisted for nairaland, and I never regretted it.
