This refers to your term results from ss1 to ss3. Scan them, reduce the scanned copies to 20kb each using Microsoft picture editor and then uploading one after the other in the space provided.

Please.., I graduated with 2.2 in engineering, and have a masters (4.3 GPA), hope I'm eligible for the Phd programme?.. I saw among the requirements was to have 2.1 in undergraduate. Hope this doesn't apply for phd?..

Yes, you can apply for PhD
Secondly, upload your masters transcript and take along with you to the venue. U may submit the undergraduate transcripts later. It is not mandatory to present that at the venue

or instead if you have PC type JPG optimiser it will take u to a page where u can choose the file directly from your PC and Resize it...

Use Microsoft picture manager on your system,
1. Right click on the JPEG document
2. On the drop down menu, hover over the "open with"
3. Select Microsoft picture manager
4. Once open, click edit and then resize using percentage

The one to upload have no specific requirements but use white background to be on the safer side

And to access the drop down list for LGA, use a system and not a phone.
