Nah, I believe OP is capping and hasn’t touched the s23 ultra before, only the s-pen and the features it comes with is a great advantage over any midrange Samsung, yet he never said anything about the pen.
Okay, let’s say he uses for call only. The call quality on the ultra is night and day difference compared to the a33.
It’s okay to cap on the internet, but at least cap responsibly.

You never made mention of the temperature guage, if it goes to the H mark before stalling. (Engine overheat),
If it does but your radiator is working fine and coolant is okay, you may need to bleed the cooling system (radiator), that means remove the air trapped in it, as it can cause overheating issues.
However if the car doesn’t give any signs before stalling, I wouldn’t have an idea on that.

As it happened after an oil change you can consider that before going into deeper repairs, and also double check if it’s the correct oil weight, as a lighter weight oil will find it’s way past worn seals into the combustion chamber, so in most cases, it’s better to switch back to the oil weight that was previously used than to start diagnosing the engine for leaking seals which could be any from valve stem seals to piston rings.

Before doing all that, you can check to see if the oil wasn’t over filled, since it only started after the oil change.
That’s a probable cause as well, as most Mechs just pour the 5 litres(5.3quarts) gallon, when most engines take about 4quarts (3.8litres).
That’s if the smoke is coming from exhaust.
As you didn’t specify where smoke is coming from.

I wouldn't trust those cheap elm scanners for the any other system than the vehicle's engine. They only show generic gearbox codes.

Example if our human body was a vehicle's gearbox system and we were to scan it for problem codes the below is what it will show you . . .

If there is an issue with the smallest toe on your left leg and scan with that elm scanner it will only show you a code for LEG , it won't narrow it down to the specific leg or toe causing the issue.

If there is an issue with your ring finger it will only show you a code for HAND , it won't narrow it down to the specific arm or finger causing the issue.

If there is an issue with your right eye and scan with that elm scanner it will only show you a code for HEAD , it won't narrow it down to tell you if its your eye, ear, nose or brain causing the issue.

So as you can see, using such a scanner for troubleshooting gearbox faults is going to be a very long thing except you're a specialised mechanic already.

Like I said before, I understand some cars TCU(transmission controlling unit) does not communicate with the ECM, so the cheap scanner would not be able to pull TCU related codes.
But for that 7th gen Honda accord it’ll pull any transmission related code (p0700-p0999) cause ECM and TCU are connected.
Also understand that elm 327 has fakes as well.

Just make sure you go with a competent mechanic to make sure it doesn’t have any major issue.
You can also go with your scan tool.
As long as Engine, Gear and electrical system are good, any other issue may not be hard to fix.
Just budget about 200k-400k to fix up the minor stuffs.
(Linkages, control arms, tie rods, shocks, brakepads, sensors, bad engine parts, fluids, service, balljoint, AC maybe, Powersteering maybe)
As long as the car can move without issues, you can be fixing up gradually (normal thing with getting Naija used). Just try and do the bolded first
Overall Honda accord DC is a very solid car.

As long as the “gear issue” triggers the check engine light, It’ll get the code.
Honda can not have proper gear issues and not have check engine light come on, the sensors and switches on the gearbox are not for decoration.
I don't know about other cars, I understand some have a different dashboard light for transmission issue.
The scanners job is just to get the codes from ECM, since the car’s ECM has already detected the issues for you, hence the check engine light.
Scanner does not communicate with engine or gearbox, it only communicates with ECM.
If the Engine or Gearbox sensors detect issues, it'll will relay to the ECM, not directly to scanner.
Except the person that sold the car for you found a way to stop the ECM and gearbox from communicating, so you won't know it's faulty.
You can’t have check engine light come on, and the scanner will return “no codes”.
I don’t know about other cheaper ones, but ELM does the work for me.
If your gear is giving issues but no Engine code, it can be a mechanical issue, probably a Bad CV axel/Driveshaft (scanner can’t reveal this), or Invalid transmission fluid which the ECM has not yet detected, it may later trigger the check engine light and if nothing is done about it on time, it can damage the gear example( wrong fluid, dirty fluid, burnt fluid, too low/high gauge ).
First step in diagnosing gear issue, but no engine code, is to drain, then fill and gauge with recommended fluid.

Asides other Normal Car maintainance.
Stick to tokunbo or original ball joints, avoid Chinese aftermarket.
Stick to Honda ATF dw-1 for transmission fluid.
If it's V6, try and avoid racing from a full stop.
And like the other guy mentioned get a scan tool, to avoid guess work from mechanics, that may further damage the vehicle.
The best cost efficient scan tool is the ELM 327(not more than 5k), paired with the car scanner app.
Works well with Honda's, as long as the engine has a check engine light, it'll read the code(wether gear issues(solenoid shift, gear switch) or electricals).
You then search up the code for possible fix and then you intruct the mechanic on what you need him to do.
