Getting original coolant is the problem as it's will be with other vehicle parts. Most coolant in the market today are just water mixed with coloring.

Cheap coolant is still better than water
Get Holts or Abro

XPaul:
Please anyone with experience on this issue

Last time I experienced something like that, it was a loose battery head connection that keeps shorting.
Negative wire was frayed and had to strengthen it.

MajorB009:
Update, had to get the OBD diagnostic tool and the fault code displayed one of this

P2185 [0x2185]
Engine coolant temperature (ECT) sensor 2 - circuit high
Status: Confirmed

Could this be the likely cause of the increase in temperature while the AC is on?

If so how do I resolve this pls

Had similar issue, scanned and got the same code, the guage would keep rising making it seem like the car is over heating, but it's not actually overheating, it's the circuit that's shorting and giving false reading, all I did was unplug the it clean the Contact area and plug it in back, Never had that issue again.
So just try that or try changing the ECT sensor totally
