Does anyone have an idea which is more lucrative in Akure?---
building student accommodation to let out? OR building family home to let out? or building shopping complex to let out?

Also what areas are the best spot/ areas for all the three ventures?

Also how much is the average rental price is per annum for student accommodation? for e.g family home of 3 bed? and for a shop?
