Hello, I am trying to venture into agriculture. a friend told me its too late to plant anything this year. i however was told by a farmer, that cassava can still be planted. But i feel the man can be mistaken. I feel rain may have stopped. and cassava may not do pretty well if plated in November Please Advice... thanks in advance |
