see there's no where you can't escape poverty. Maybe your upbringing is different from mine. It's still the bad system we are practising that stop people from escaping poverty. People that are building massive duplex in estate this days are people working abroad. In abroad especially Canada, UK, USA, Germany and other European countries , most of them earns well and they still send money home to erect massive buildings at home. Nigeria system we are running isn't palatable to escape from poverty. Except you are very consistent, prayerful and have great passion for your work. I don't think you are typing from Nigeria .

Weed control is everything in Maize cultivation. Weeds can eat up to 40% pf crop yield if they are not well managed in the first 8 weeks of crop growth. To ensure a weed-free farm, i utilized a combination of Lagon and Glyphosate. Lagon to seal weeds seed and inhibit weed seeds growth for weeks while Glyphosate in the herbicides mixture kills weeds that escaped tractorization.




***I personally supervised my labourers herbicides application to avoid application mistakes that may lead to weed emergence along the way. In my style of herbicides application, i always mix a fixed ratio of liquid and inform them they must continue to spray until the liquid is finished. This way there is no excuse of them just walking across the farms and not doing the actual work.

Work in Ondo State and school in Edo state.

Am a student in one of the University in Nigeria, I ve graduated but left with my Professional exams which will surely take place this year. But while still in school I establish a biz for myself which provides 1m ➕ monthly.
Am also a civil servant in one of the state with little pay [#127k per month.
Now they are calling me to resume work coz my leaves has expired.
Pls should I quit the Government work and focus on my biz or quit biz and resume fully at work
