Merry Xmas to all nairalanders and wish u a prosperous new year. As regards the causes of Narun, it is mostly caused by too much of groundnut and okro in take. So it has been issues with many people especially people in their mid 20s but never the less, it has a cure only if you don't mind taking locally prepared herbs( Agbo & Agunmu). This herbs works effectively well but you can't just stop using it after the itching and scratching stops, because it's in the blood.
