The interview was with a manager and another staff (probably HR). The manager asked most of the questions. The questions were around my CV, why I wanted to join EY and some questions around how I handled some scenarios at work in the past.
It wasn't something so serious, more like a chat than an interview with complex questions

Congratulations. We are pleased to inform of your success in the 2022 Polaris Bank Entry Level Recruitment Aptitude Test and that you would be proceeding to the next stage of the recruitment process which is the assessment Centre.

The Assessment Centre has six (6) stages: E-basket Exercise, Microsoft Office Proficiency Test, Essay, Group discussion, Presentations and Interviews.

Please note that all six stages will be administered electronically.

You will need the following:

1. A good internet connection
2. Pen/Pencils
3. A computer with functional Webcam
4. A valid ID card e.g. Work ID, International Passport, ID-Card, National ID, or Driver’s License.
5. Computer should have a chrome browser (latest version is (??)

The first 3 stages; E-Basket, Microsoft Office Proficiency Test, Essay Assessment will be held on Saturday 20 August, 2022 between 10am and 3pm.

Please what do they mean by E-Basket?
