2ndly,you dont need a raft foundation becos d land is dry and solid.
There is no timeframe for you to start construction and yes,people are already living in the area which is about 10mins drive from lagos/badagry exp and few minutes frm crawford university.
People have bought land frm me in dat area in acres and in plots, it depends on ur budget.
