Pls,can i study Rediography in Nigeria here after i use my certificate to medicine and surgery in USA

Pls,i want to ask,is it possible to study medical Rediography in unn for 4 years when am through with it i wll use the certificate and travel to USA ,can they allow me to use it gain admission to study medicine and surgery over there for another 2 years.
