Defense counsels in the petitions filed against the elections of Senator Abubakar Saraki and Senator Simeon Ajibola by the Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN), Mr. John Olushola Baiyeshea (SAN) and Dr. Kayode Olatoke, have called for dismissal of the petitions, describing them as an abuse of court processes. The Bukola Saraki-led administration constructed the first-of-its-kind Ilorin city flyover which residents hoped will ease vehicular and pedestrian movement along the ever-busy post office/ muritala road.
