The Nigerian Senate rose from their plenary today and asked the National Electricity Regulatory Commission NERC to immediately suspend the ongoing implementation of hike in the Electricity bills, payable by ordinary people of Nigeria.

It also asked the commission to discontinue the implementation of bulk metering.....
