I was in a discussion with a friend yesterday evening when both of us echoed "this year is already running o, today is 11th already". Whether we agree or not the year is already on a fast move and its not going to wait for anyone. It has never and it will not now.

So the best we can offer ourselves in this new year is to make wise investment decisions. I have sat down and thought about it over and again and I have come to a conclusion that although there are many investment anyone can venture into, yet property rains the most reliable.

Don't let this year pass without you investing in properties. Property is a money making venture no one ever regrets investing in especially in this recent economy where property lease, sales and rental prices are on the high side.

Another area you must look into as you make decision to invest in landed properties is building of hostels for tertiary school students. What this means is that your property must be sighted around a school environment for the purpose of admitting students.

There is also the well know flat by flat kind of property investment. You can take advantage of this to build for people to rent in flats and pay you monthly or annually. Another area of making so much money is in building malls/plazas and having your shop spaces rented out to business people.

The point is, investing in landed properties should be a priority for you this year. Don't miss this opportunity to access a rested future. Tomorrow might be too late.
