NO!
It's not all believers that will go to heaven but it's only baptized believers that can make it into the list of those going to heaven.
WHY?
Jesus said the Kingdom of heaven belongs to only BORN AGAIN and a person can't be BORN AGAIN unless he is born of WATER (baptism by water) and SPIRIT (baptism by spirit) {John 3:3-5} such ones no longer have the hope of living in Paradise where humans live {Luke 20:34-36} because they will be taken away to heaven where SPIRITS alone dwells that's why John the baptist who also believe in Jesus can't make it into that least! Matthew 11:11

Firstly, the outpouring of the Holy Spirit on both men and women had nothing to do with whether women can lead service or not. That actually happened in fulfillment of the promise of God in Joel 2:28-29. That is why in some churches we have female Prophets but they can't lead service when men are present, baptized or not, they could only be allowed to say the closing prayer.

Also, regarding your answer to my question as to whether an unbaptized believer will make heaven. What about the thief on the cross? This man was not baptized and had no time to be baptized yet Jesus assured him that he will be with HIM in Paradise.

My question was how did you do your calculations and arrive at the assumption that what Paul was saying is that women could lead the congregation where there were no baptized male?

Now, let me ask another question. If an unbaptized believer dies, will he/she make heaven according to your beliefs.

In sacred service under Christianity God is the head over the Christ, Christ is head over all the congregation and man is head over woman.
So woman shouldn't take the lead in worship because angels are jealous for pure worship and they can harm anyone who goes against this arrangement! 1Corinthians 11:10



After the event in Pentecost you can not be a Christian until after baptism so if it's a woman that's baptized in a gathering she must take the lead in sacred service to the God of Christianity pending the time a male will take over from her after getting baptized.
