Edo APC people are promising President Tinubu 3.5 million votes in the general election. Governor Monday Okpebholo and his supporters have been boasting seriously about it. One of the governor’s hype men even said the President does not need to stress himself campaigning in Edo because everything is already settled for him.


In the APC presidential primary election, Tinubu reportedly got just 131,096 votes from Edo State.

During the APC convention, some Edo APC members were also complaining that they were poorly treated despite the fact that they have been working hard and promising massive support for the President and the party.

So, the hardwork and massive support is 131,096 votes? that's even one of the least votes President got.

If Edo State could only produce 131,096 votes for Tinubu during the APC primary election, where exactly will the 3.5 million votes suddenly come from?

He should seize this moment and do the needful. After Tinubu, power returns to the North. If he joins APC, they may consider him for VP or another ministerial position (if the next president likes him). Nobody will vote PDP again. The party is dead and gone.
