4. Primary Education should be made free and secondary education upto tertiary education should be subsidized.

It's been in practiced by China since some many years ago to every nations they have embassy or consulates.....US only made a reciprocating law of the same dimension. According to the write up, it was done by Biden administration and not Trump.
