something like this can enter the plot comfortably:

total floor area = 1024square feet
plot size = 2000square feet

percentage built up area = 51.2%

its becoming over-density, it should be 40%used area n 60% unused

some with signed perimeter survey while some are not signed bt they're all directly let out from owned families.
