i have a question here. hopefully any one out there can enlighten me.

my girlfriend took the 1st pill within 24 hours and the 2nd pill 12 hours later on time.
What happen was that we had a drinking session and she vomited. She only vomited 14 hours after the 2nd pill was taken.
Does that means that the effect of the pill is gone?
Does she needs to take another dosage?
Please Help!
