My dear, mine was not douching o, 'baking soda finger ' was what I did n I was quite wet. This is how I did it; I washed my mid finger very well, while it was still wet with the water I used in rinsing it , I dipped it inside the container of baking soda(bicarbonate) n placed it in side my veejay. Note this was 20mins b/4 bd.
I dont know how to douch.

Pls ma'am, pls explain this douching for me mayb its different from what m thinking

Mama I can relate, infact it was magical (according to Omojudy) i was shocked cos I've not been that wet for a long time. Preseed n other lubricant can wait for now. I hope it doesn't have side effect.

I use the fresh lemon, I cut it into two and I use half a day.

Like how many table spoons, becos i av been adding two spoons in half glass of warm water

What i use to do is to add lemon inside warm water first thing in the morning on an empty stomach n drink.
I read it here on fvine post that lemon is ttc friendly.
