He told me he wants to do TVS and rule out ectopic, lo and behold we couldn't find any fibroid oo! JESUS! The same fibroid he saw on the 5th of february?? That that ph woman that removes fibroid saw to be two but one dissolved?? No where to be seen? I never see this kind God b4 wonder wonder, wonder wonder!

Today I went on my own to do a private TVS so I can have a result I can keep as a record and it reads at the end of the scan NO CO-EXISTING UTERINE/ADNEXAL MASSES! CERVICAL OS IS CLOSED!

Empty anteverted uterus measuring 6.5cm x 3.7cm x 4.1cm, without signs of endometrial decidual reaction.

Both ovaries are prominent, containing multiple varied size primordial cysts with signs of polycystic disease.

There is no uterine fibroid or pelvic fluid collection.

Urinary bladder is normal.

Conclusion
Bilateral polycystic ovary disease.

We will advise an FSH, LH and prolactin level estimation for further evaluation.

Thank you ma'am for this detailed explanation, late last year, i started having 34 cd compared to the max of 29cd,i started vitex, d two cycles i used it and stopped at ovulation, i had 28cd each.. So i i read abt its effect on LH, i stopped.. But prolactin increased again

Methinks you should concentrate on treateing PCOS. Reason: If you didn't ovulate the cycle you got the hormonal profile for progesterone, then it should be low. So ignore the progesterone first and treat pcos unless you're sure you did ovulate that cycle.

I think you can use cyclogest from CD17 and once you comfirm your BFP you still need to continue taking it till 16weeks. I didnt use it during my tww but when i got my BFP and because it is my Dr that prescribed it for me to use.

Mamas that have used progesterone during tww, pls enlighten me
1.cyclogest or duphaston
2.how do I use it?
3.i don't spot during tww, but my hormone profile showed low progesterone... Currently treating PCOS... Can i go ahead and use it?

My dear, mine was not douching o, 'baking soda finger ' was what I did n I was quite wet. This is how I did it; I washed my mid finger very well, while it was still wet with the water I used in rinsing it , I dipped it inside the container of baking soda(bicarbonate) n placed it in side my veejay. Note this was 20mins b/4 bd.
I dont know how to douch.
