The fault, fellow nigerians, is not in our stars, but in ourselves that we are not patriotic! We do not know ourselves. We love aliens better than us. What an insult? Hausa and Fulani are not arabs. They are nigerians created as Adam and Eve since the world began. Thesame way the Igbos(Adam) and Ibo(Eve) were created in the B.C. in the southeast from the source of River Benue to the confluence and straight down to the coast. Thesame way, Yoru(Sango's weapon as Adam) and Oba(Eve) existed in the B.C. from the source of River Niger to the confluence and straight down to the coast, long before the incursion of the arabs into their territories in Kebbi, Ilorin etcetera. The arabs have been rightly described as the scourge of Africa. They turned our own Hausa/Fulani into wild asses and shameless exploiters. The Yorubas are self-indulgent and needlessly accommodating. The Igbos are adventurous and self-determined. Interestingly God made all of us so to complement ourselves. So, our remaining 386 minority ethnic groups, please find skills to cooperate with the 3 major groups to reshape, reenergise and revitalise Nigeria to stop all forms lawlessness, recklessness selfishness and corruption. The Lord owns the land and its fullness! Naija owns Nigeria and its 389 ethnic groups. Let us understand these character traits and nature in ourselves. Let us pull our minorities and majorities together and solve all our issues and problems together. Let us focus for growth and development. We should not fight, not in the 21st century, we should with wisdom, knowledge and understanding work together to the pleasures of God that binds and bonds with His angelic hands of Great Britain. Uthman Dan Fodio was an alien, an intruder and a Sunni Arab to and in Nigeria. He was never a Nigerian. Nigeria belongs to Nigerians of 29% Hausa/Fulani; 21% Yoruba from Kebbi, the source of River Niger(spiritual river euphrate) to the coast; 18% Igbos(Ibos) from Taraba, the source of River Benue(spitual tigris) also to the coast.others representing 32% comprise Tivs, Idomas,Jucunds, Ijaws,Ibibios e.t.c. and does not include aliens and foreigners like arabs. So you see, when you take 29% Hausa/Fulani out of a 100%, the remaining 71% are still the majority to take democratic decision in Nigeria without fear of favour. The fear of the caliphate should not be the emotions of Nigerians afterall.

Who caused the civil war? Ojukwu, Igbo who after causing civil unrest in the North fled to the East and incited the north to follow him. The North followed. War started. FG only came in to stop the Igbos from their suicide mission and a further devastation of the Nigerian estate wherever located. Mr. President convoked the ongoing confab. He is responsible for the selection, not election, directly or indirectly, of all the delegates. He who pays the piper dictates the tunes. It is to Mr. President that all the reports of the confab must be submited. He alone should decide what to do with it. He has three prerogatives of options:- 1, To report to the national council of states to seek further directives, 2, To present the report as a Bill to NASS for constitutional fine tuning, or 3, To present the report either as "working papers or his special brief" to a Sovereign National Conference which he has promised for 2015. 1, Let us imagine that Benue state is part of the south east zone, then we have six states in that zone. We shall thereby be expanding the south east zone and spreading more skilfully the ethnic unlty of the nation. 2, Let us imagine that Taraba state is in north central state to replace Benue state which has just changed status to south east. Afterall, Taraba is in thesame latitude as Kwara in the north central. 3, To replace the missing sixth state in the north east when Taraba change status to north central, let us also imagine that Jigawa state which truely is in thesame longitude as Bauchi state is a north east zonal. North west will remain 6 states and the rest of the zones will balance @ six six. In this way, our constitution is not touched. Our ethnic spread will improve. Our unity of purpose as one nation will be further strengthened. Our resources will be conserved. Our politics will be more unifying, more purposeful and more exceptionally phinomenon in all international circles. The existing zones is unconstitutional. They are just emotionally imagined. For example, and subject to NASS, Referendum or SNC, YOU MAY RECOMMEND THE REMOVAL OF JIGAWA STATE FROM THE NORTH WEST ZONE TO THE NORTH EAST; TARABA STATE FROM THE NORTH EAST TO THE NORTH CENTRAL ZONE AND BENUE STATE FROM THE NORTH CENTRAL TO THE SOUTH EAST ZONE. This will balance the zones and make each of 6 states without fuss and without alteration to the CORE. Also, it will give better spread to our ethnic mix and relationship. 5, Femi Falana was right that the recommendation to create additional 19 unviable states violates the very essential policy of cost reduction and control to which the Presidential Brief directs. 6, Revenue Sourcing and Control policy should begin at states level to make states stronger if they are to finance the LGs which you have already recommended to be states' responsibilities and grassroots. 7, Your recommendation for states merger should be a referendum approval of 75% of the inhabitants of the two or more relevant states. 65% is inadequate provision to absorb a people's sovereignty. 8, The CORE is the SEED from where we all grow. The snake is always around in Chiefs, Alhajis, Mallams, Prophets, Lawyers, Professors etc etc, before our very eyes, to tease us and to hack the CORE and babel the THEME that we all are struggling to maintain, 9, So team up, please, understandingly, to prepare your report to pass all tests, wether it be NASS, Referendum or SNC. 10, Show us proof that you are worthy, in the spirit of onward soldiers matching on, to serve ONE NIGERIA, your people truthfully and progressively! Goodluck Jonathan will give nigerians a new constitution through a Sovereign National Conference(SNC) which he has already promised for next year 2015. The on-going National Conference(NC) cannot on its own constitutionally produce a new constitution without employing the powers of NASS to get it. It is a Nigerian Constitution we are talking about and not an ethnic one. Nigeria has 389 ethnic groups. Igbo(ibo) is only 18% of this number. Mr. President must therefore properly weigh the cost effective and sure way of producing a new constitution for Nigeria without being cajoled by any group or have himself woven round in a web of constitutional manipulation and subterfuge. In the meantime, our dear Igbo leaders should join their other ethnic leaders to help Mr. President work out a machinery for convoking a Sovereign National Conference. Only SNC can on its own produce a new constitution without recource to NASS just because THE PEOPLE SAY SO. As for the zoning or regional issue, STATISM is the answer. No regional groupings. Reinforce the states. Give them more powers. Where some of them exhibit fears of some sort, let them seek consultancies from their neighbours. Actually, we may in future have children of Prof. BU, and the like, who may themselves be professors in different fields vie for the governorship of their states and win to make their states very viable. THAT IS THE WHOLE IDEA OF A PROGRESSIVE FEDERAL SYSTEM.
