I believe you are using this second round of stalling to buy time in the eventuality of a chargeback. But it is very inappropriate, unethical and could send an entirely wrong message about your business.

While i understand that Paypal transactions can be very problematic, it would have been better if you had clearly spelt out terms and conditions to him before transacting. For example, "Kindly be informed that we do not make payment for Paypal transactions until after 24 or 48 hours". That way, everyone is aligned.

Please pay the young man his money and let us have some peace.

Ask the buyer to provide the session ID of the transfer, then you forward it to your bank to verify. Shikena!!

Hello all,so i completed a job for client and he requested to pay me in PayPal and I told him I don't have one but he should pay me in BTC,but he said due to btc volitile nature,he isn't interested and I should set up a PayPal if I am to recieve payment.....

So I approached traders I trust and I have done deal with,only abuhazzan was online and I asked if I should set up one or collect an exchanger address and collect equivalent in naira and he said the later but he isn't buying at the moment

So I approached osacoin and I explained that I am new to using PayPal,he told me it must be FNF,from balance..so client sent it to osa's address and i buzzed him and he said he has seen,lemme drop my account no for my naira equivalent...osa's said he is holding on to my money for 24hrs....

Aaaa see me see trouble ooo,am I a yahoo boy? Ok,search my number for scam,ask for my vouch here,he no answer me and he say until 24hrs,see me ooo,dem won run Benin boy like me street,I come count bridge for Lagos for this Buhari tenure under this extreme heat....
