Now I've been hearing and reading about rooting android phoness
I've been using BlackBerry for like 7 years now and planning to finally lay it down and switch to android ( cos apparently I'm like t only one in my neighborhood, work, church etc who isn't using android)
Now I keep hearing about this rooting
My issues are
1. What is rooting?
2. Does rooting affect the phone perfomace? Does it affect the software? Does it slow the phone down?
3. What are the benefits of rooting? What are the DISADVANTAGES of rooting?
4. Why aren't the phones rooted from factory?
5. After rooting the phone starts misbehaving can one "UNROOT" the phone.

Please does anyone have an idea/ links to where I can get high grade second hand ( Okrika) shirts ( formal work shirts) at an affordable price. PreferablyTM H & C but not at the cost of The new ones inside packet. I real can't afford those. Thanks
