The management of the university of Benin recently during the holiday increased their school fee, application and maintenance of hostel facilities.

The school fees of 200 level students in school of medicine and other faculties which used to pay #10,000 and #7,500 respectively now pay #14,000 and #12,000 respectively.

To make matter worse, hostel application which has been #500 is now #1000 and maintenance has also been increased from #6,000 to #,8000.
