When I went to the immigration office in Benin, they told me that since I haven't received the SMS my passport isn't ready even when it's going to the fifth month since I did capturing.

Hi guys, I did capturing for my passport about four months ago in Edo state but am yet to collect my passport, whenever I check it online it always says production pending. pls what should I do
