Good evening all, pls I need ur help , My Lexus RX 300 1999 model is smoking black smoke and the fuel consumption is on the high side.

2: the gear selection is not smooth

Most times​ it only select 3 gears but sometimes it select perfectly. Pls if u have any ideas help me

Pls I need help my lexus Rx 300 is bringing out black smoke and is over consuming my fuel
