Hello, house I'm looking to add some additional pillars to a house which already has the German floor done. Do I Chisel and link the new pillars rods with the DPC mat or just seat it on the German floor and cast as suggested by my engineer. The building is a bungalow by the way and had existing pillars from the foundation. Thank you in advance

Hello House, I have a slight issue. I'm currently constructing a bungalow which will house 4 units of 1 BR apartments and I'm currently approaching lintel level I have currently bought 1600 blocks and I was asked to drop more 500 blocks. I suspect shady dealings on the part of the engineer and contractor inflating the materials so i could spend more and open more room for me to be cheated. The contractor and Iron bender have said that i have to chain lintel the whole building inner and outer walls which is so outrageous on the price front. I have walked around the building site and observed that most buildings under construction only chain the outer walls and just over the openings on the inner wall.

I would like some advice on how to proceed please

You need to look into your situation. First of all which exam is the BTEC and what country is it predominantly taken it. I think they may not understand it as an equivalent to waec.

What university did you attend? When you were registering and you were to select the country and school did you see ur schools name. Because if you didn't then I guess that would be when you would need the evaluation letter. All the same have you started to get your evaluation letter coz I believe you have to like get it from Abuja or so.

I have no idea where to direct you concerning the BTEC thing tho. But i think you need to get in touch with someone from NYSC. Good luck!!!

Btec is taken in the UK, the btec first diploma is equivalent to games which are o levels , you can Google it I have emailed nysc anyway.

I just received a text message from Nysc telling me to upload my O level and evaluation letet from ministry of education.My O level equivalent is already uploaded which is a BTEC introductory diploma and my evaluation letter will be uploaded soon, i think they are confused with my BTEC which is clearly equivalent to Waec/neco 5 credits .Please can anyone let me know what can be done as i dont have any nysc contact.

you don't need to pay at any bank. all u can do is to pay with ur bank account via ur ATM on deir website or u ask d cafe u register to do dat for u. and if u ave not register just tell dem at d cafe . n don't forget d money is 3045
