Lol. Johesu playing politics with everything even human lives. You will even deny your own members for salary increase. Truly the love of money is the root of all evil.
This isn't politics. It's a fact. They are not johesu member and they will not be involved in any.

CeoNewshelm:
At least 19 members of the Joint Health Sector Union (JOHESU) sustained injuries in an accident along the Benin-Auchi Road on Saturday.

The workers are said to be staff of the University of Benin Teaching Hospital (UBTH) chapter of the union.

According to Channels, 40 of the health workers were on their way to a function in Auchi when the accident occurred.

The injured victims were subsequently rushed to the Otibho Okhai Hospital in Irrua, Edo state, where they were being treated by doctors and consultants on duty.

Esteem Tagar, president of the association of resident doctors at Irrua Specialist Teaching Hospital, who confirmed the incident, said no life was lost in the accident. The union has been on strike since April 17.

Part of the health workers’ demands include upward review of their salaries to be at same level with the doctors, a request both the federal government and the doctors kicked against.

Others are improved facilities, employment of additional health professionals, implementation of court judgments, upward review of retirement age from 60 to 65 years, and harmonisation of salaries of all healthcare workers in the country.

The National Industrial Court in Abuja, on Thursday, ordered the health workers to resume work within 24 hours but JOHESU asked its members to continue with the strike.

The union has “relaxed” its strike in Lagos, Kano, Yobe and Niger states, but called on President Muhammadu Buhari to sack Isaac Adewole, minister of health, for allegedly taking sides with doctors in the ongoing strike.

When they increase their paycheck.... Will they increase that of doctors?
That of the doctors have been increased 3x since 2014 but not once for Jordy. Even after fg signed and agreement with them. They are not asking for parity but increase

Because they are cleaners and not Nurses, you say they are not Johessu. That is the same 'suppression' you claimed you are suffering from the doctors. Now you can say cleaners aren't Johessu
They are not members of any union. Thy are contract cleaners. No body is suppressing them.

If it's true that they're requesting equal pay as doctors then that's greed...there's hierarchy in every country and profession
They are not asking for equal pay. They are saying their own salary should be adjusted and the same people who say they are leaders are saying no. How can it be equal pay.. When their call duty %is higher than others

I wonder how we reason. Medical practitioners are not on strike and the strike is not against them but the fg.so what is all this stories about. They are contract cleaners in ubth who don't belong to any union.

They aren't johesu members as claimed by nma. It's a shame they are using people's health to gain cheap popularity. Are they on strike? Don't others work when they are on strike? Are they not paid for the job they do? They should hide their head in shame. When they are on strike nobody talk about it. Once others are on strike u hear them say all manner of rubbish. NMA (enemy) that's their name

First and foremost those accident victims aren't members of johesu but contract cleaners and potters who went for a colleague's function. Secondly, medical practitioners aren't on strike and so should work for the salary they are paid for rather than blabbing. Thirdly johesu members attend to them, their family and those who they have finished half way in their private hospitals during their own strike. So y the noise and publicity for doing what u are paid to do. It's a shame
