Please an end user paid through PayPal on Daaz more than 12hours ago and when I chatted with Daaz they said they are yet to receive the payment. Please who has had this experience before or what is the solution, please?

Enduser told you he paid or you got an email from Daaz , notifying you that your domain has been sold?

I did an outbound for one of my domain,one guy said he is not interested but he has about 25 domains to sell and I ask him to go ahead and list the 25 domains, this man just registered many nonsense and I didn't even reply him,this is about 4 days ago,now baba dey follow me up if I have any interest among the 25 domains.

It wasn't always like that a couple of years ago.

I didn't blame them, I understood the root cause, and that was why I felt bad.

They won’t list your name unless you use their landers. I like the way the landing page looks but I feel they’re not the solution. Dan wasn’t a registrar, just a company focused on maximizing domain sales. If only DAAZ can upgrade the look and feel of their website…. Na Atom person go manage, but they keep asking endusers which registrar they want the domain to go to…. I tire.

drop reg is registering a domain name immediately they expired while hand reg is registering a domain name that has not been registered or owned before

I abandoned domainjng 3yrs ago after selling only 2 names because I was very discouraged. Recently I resumed back and did more research based on my domain class with Iyke promotion back in 2017. Registered 5 names and listed them. I have never had the time for outbounding so I have completely drifted away from geo names.

Got a $2500 offer from a buyer for this particular name and i immediately contacted iyke promotion and took all his advice. I declined offer and requested $3500 instead. I didn't hear from them again so I decided to take their $2500 offer after few days . Surprisingly buyer countered my request with $4000 lol. I said within myself these guys are not serious buyers but gbam! Status changed to "payment received, awaiting funds to clear" lol and finally got the sale mail today.

Spaceship marketplace looks promising. Currently using their for sales landers for most of my domains as making an offer there is similar to the old Dan's lander. Hopefully to report my first sale in there soon. Though there has been several sales reports and good reviews already. 5% commission too is very OK.

Definitely a strong competitor may force Godaddy to reduce their over high commission.

Imagine sell a domain for $799 and Godaddy paid me $599. Domain I looked for the buyer and reached out to? That's more than 15% commission.

The reason why your emails aren’t working the way they used to. The outbounding process is overly saturated. End users have been outbounded to death.

I’m lucky he decided to share his worries with me after the second email. He could have easily just ignored and mark my email as spam. Sent him ownership proof already. Hopefully he pays.

Need to quickly move away from investing in domain names that require you to outbound, it’s such a soul-crushing activity.

if you have the right name, they will buy. The reason he said he maybe interested in your name, is because your name is more good than that of your competitor name. Always check if similar name of any name you want to register is listed for sale before registering in other to avoid this kind thing
