I abandoned domainjng 3yrs ago after selling only 2 names because I was very discouraged. Recently I resumed back and did more research based on my domain class with Iyke promotion back in 2017. Registered 5 names and listed them. I have never had the time for outbounding so I have completely drifted away from geo names.

Got a $2500 offer from a buyer for this particular name and i immediately contacted iyke promotion and took all his advice. I declined offer and requested $3500 instead. I didn't hear from them again so I decided to take their $2500 offer after few days . Surprisingly buyer countered my request with $4000 lol. I said within myself these guys are not serious buyers but gbam! Status changed to "payment received, awaiting funds to clear" lol and finally got the sale mail today.

Spaceship marketplace looks promising. Currently using their for sales landers for most of my domains as making an offer there is similar to the old Dan's lander. Hopefully to report my first sale in there soon. Though there has been several sales reports and good reviews already. 5% commission too is very OK.

Definitely a strong competitor may force Godaddy to reduce their over high commission.

Imagine sell a domain for $799 and Godaddy paid me $599. Domain I looked for the buyer and reached out to? That's more than 15% commission.

The reason why your emails aren’t working the way they used to. The outbounding process is overly saturated. End users have been outbounded to death.

I’m lucky he decided to share his worries with me after the second email. He could have easily just ignored and mark my email as spam. Sent him ownership proof already. Hopefully he pays.

Need to quickly move away from investing in domain names that require you to outbound, it’s such a soul-crushing activity.

if you have the right name, they will buy. The reason he said he maybe interested in your name, is because your name is more good than that of your competitor name. Always check if similar name of any name you want to register is listed for sale before registering in other to avoid this kind thing

I have never used UBAafricard , what I use is Timon card.

buying from z is not difficult. Just visit web. Z .com logging, and locate "register new domain name" on the drop down menu .
Search for the name you want to register on the box , proceed to checkout . I use Timon card.

Sometimes I always think the city Jacksonville get problem with domain cos I have hold better keyword on the city and have no luck selling any,the latest one now is moving domain which I have held for close to 3 years I think and only one person just ask about price an lock up. Sapiosexual lost this domain by a dollar to me on dropcatch then.

that city eeh , I only got $50 offer on one of my domain I had back then on that city , which the enduser refused to pay self when I accepted self. The city no work at all.

honestly anything can sell , whether coin or picked from expired domain but Exp Domain pick is preferable. Just keep reading, you will master how to use expireddomain filter, someone wrote about it on this thread. a lot of good names are at expireddomain . Net


most importantly , focus more on the recent sold names , it will guide you on what to register.
