I hope U guys are are having a wonderful festive season?
My sister who is the first child of my parents filed for me and it's almost at the interview stage. I just realised some errors in the DS260 filled by the Lawyer handling the case from the beginning who happens to be my brother too and a US Citizen who practices in the US.

My Questions are thus;

1. If minor errors like city of birth, other name used are made because in my international passport, I have 2 names with my Last name but it was only my first name that was filled in the submitted DS260 leaving my middle name. So do I have to fill another DS260 or I should call the attention of the Consular to it during my interview?

2. My wife was denied student visa in 2014 but on the part where a question on have U been denied US visa was asked in the DS260 filled for my wife, the lawyer mistaken indicated "NO" though he didn't know of the denial. To have it corrected, do we have to fill another DS 260 or We should alert the Consular during the interview?
